At last the hay delivery has been received to see our herd through the rest of the winter. RancherMan stacks it into our hay storage area.
~TxH~C’mon by & sit a spell! Come hang out at our Facebook Page. It’s like sitting in a front porch rocker with a glass of cold iced tea. There are lots of good folks sharing!
And you can also follow along on Pinterest, Twitter or Instagram.
Great photo, what sort of tractor do you have??? I can’t quite see, my husband would know just from looking but I’m not that good :-). Lots of farmers around us make this type of round roll but when we sold our large farm years ago we got rid of our round roll feedout trailer (Pearce Offsider) so now we do small squares which are more labour intensive but more suitable for us. Thanks for sharing this at Good Morning Mondays. Blessings
Terri, RancherMan’s currently using a Mahindra but we’re trying to get a larger HP Ford, Deere or Case with cab/air. (ouch) Equipment is so expensive! ~TxH~
You are exactly right on that one, farm equipment is expensive. My husband has a little Ford 4000 that we use to plow and stuff like that, we also have a David Brown 990 Selectamatic that we bought ages ago I think it needs a new manifold. Neither have cabins or air con but I can imagine why you would want it. It would make working outside in the summer months slightly more bearable. My husband has said that he would rather heating than cooling, but I’m not so sure about that :-). Thanks and blessings
Hay, Hay, Hay. :} Another Beautiful Woodless Wednesday photo
HAY!! 😉 ~TxH~
